PRN/Part Time Physical Therapist – Columbia/Jefferson City, Sedalia, and surrounding areas. Provides in-home evaluation, direction, and application of Physical Therapy services to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and/or maintain maximum physical performance of patient. Current Physical Therapist license or registration as required by the state is required with 1 year physical therapy experience preferred. Benefits available, flexibility.
PRN/PART TIME Occupational Therapist – Columbia/Jefferson City and surrounding areas. Provides in-home evaluation, direction and application of Occupational Therapy Services to retrain damaged nerve pathways and/or teach compensation utilizing remaining abilities. Flexibility and autonomy. Must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Program or eligibility for National Registration Examination of American Occupational Therapy Association. Prefer 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provides in-home evaluation, direction, and application of therapy services
- Observes, records, and reports reaction to treatment and any changes in patient's condition to the appropriate personnel
- Provides on going instruction, counseling and supervision of patient, family and other health team personnel in the Plan of Care and methods of assisting the patient
