Part time Speech Therapist – Greene & surrounding counties. Responsibilities include, evaluating patient, performing therapeutic speech and language treatments. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Provide ongoing instruction, counseling and supervision of patient, family and other health team personnel in the Plan of Care and methods of assisting the patient. Education requirements – Completion of education and experience requirements for certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification. Prefer one year Speech/Language Pathology experience. Mileage reimbursement, Benefits available, computerized documentation. Vital Stem Certified and Pediatric Experience preferred.
PT & PRN Occupational Therapist - Boone, Callaway, Cole, Audrain, Pettis, Morgan, Miller, Howard, Randolph and Cooper Counties Provides in-home evaluation, direction and application of Occupational Therapy Services to retrain damaged nerve pathways and/or teach compensation utilizing remaining abilities. Flexibility and autonomy. Must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Program or eligibility for National Registration Examination of American Occupational Therapy Association. Prefer 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.
PT/PRN Physical Therapist (Applicant living in Camden County, willing to travel to Northern Hickory, Northern Dallas, Northern Laclede, Northern Pulaski, Southern Cole and Southern Morgan counties.) Provides in-home evaluation, direction, and application of Physical Therapy services to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and/or maintain maximum physical performance of patient.
