CLINICAL MANAGER/TEAM LEADER – In our Columbia office
This position oversees the daily operation of the Columbia office. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a multidisciplinary approach to providing quality patient care. Assigns patient visits and ensures delivery of skilled and personal care services in compliance with agency policies. Maintains responsibility to implement and evaluate operational goals. Provides instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of all office and patient care employees. Experience: RN Home Health Care and previous supervisory experience preferred. Provide in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled Nursing Services to complement the patient’s overall Plan of Care. Requirements: Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse license required. Prefer minimum one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years. Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by the nature of the position.
On-call Hospice RN – Full Time Salaried position. Work five nights 5pm – 8am and all weekend alternating weeks. Perform skilled nursing visits as assigned and on-call. Provide nursing phone assessments for patients. Current RN license required with at least one year experience. Hospice experience preferred.
HOME CARE SUPERVISOR: (In our West Plains office) – Full time Supervisor needed to coordinate and supervise the day-to-day care delivered by aide and professional nursing staff in the homes of Oxford patients. Must possess: 1) current RN license for MO; or 2) minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree; or 3) current LPN license for MO with at least one year experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled, or infirmed; or 4) minimum of three years experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed. Hospice RN- Full time (Springfield and surrounding area) Perform skilled nursing visits, in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures, including initial visits and regular re-evaluations of patient’s nursing needs. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current Registered Nurse license required. Minimum one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years.
Full Time RN Case Manager- Greene County Days, M-F 8a-5p, one weekend every 3-4 months. In our HHA department. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills in accordance with physician’s plan of care. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse License required.
Assistant Team Leader – Full Time in our Columbia office (Internal applicants only) – This position is responsible for assisting the team leader in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a multidisciplinary approach to providing quality patient care. Will assist the team leader in providing instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of all employees in the team unit. The team assistant will also do nursing visits as needed. Experience: RN Home Health Care experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Part Time RN Case Manager- Taney (Branson area) County - Days, M-F, one weekend every two months. In our HHA department. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills in accordance with physician’s plan of care. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse License required.

Registered Nurse – Joplin and surrounding area, on call 4 days per month: Position is available in our Home Health Department. Provide in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled Nursing Services to complement the patient’s overall Plan of Care. Requirements: Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse license required. Prefer minimum one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years. Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by the nature of the position.
PRN Registered Nurse – Boone and surrounding counties. Provides in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled Nursing Services to complement the patient’s overall Plan of Care. Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by the nature of the position.
