    Hospice Quality Advisor (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY) - Full Time. In our Springfield office. Performs review of admission and/or discharge records to determine appropriate utilization of services, documentation and regulatory compliance. Provides ongoing medical record review as it relates to service delivery, documentation and quality patient care with feedback to the appropriate personnel. Assists in maintenance of current medical records to meet all accreditation standards governing Hospice Agency policies. Acts as resource person to other health team members as relative to documentation and delivery of services. Performs skilled nursing visits as necessary. Current state Registered Nurse license required. Minimum one year professional nursing experience within the last three years; six months home health experience preferred. Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by the nature of the position. Basic knowledge of the computer.

You will assess and trend vital signs, pulse oximetry, weight, pro-time, and/or blood glucose levels utilizing home tele-monitoring. Requires a current RN license, as well as a minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years. Case management experience is preferred, but not required.

    PART TIME TEAM LEADER / PART TIME RN CASE MANAGER - (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY)
    Great opportunity in our Columbia office available to the RN looking for something a little different!
    Oversee the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled services for Home Health patients to ensure the highest quality of care, as well as, provide in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled nursing services to complement the patient’s overall plan of care. Licensure/experience: Current Registered Nurse license, with a minimum of one year experience in the last three years. Supervisory and in-home experience preferred.

    Full Time Hospice RN- (Springfield & surrounding area ) - Perform skilled nursing visits, in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures, including initial visits and regular re-evaluations of patient’s nursing needs. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current Registered Nurse license required. Minimum one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years.

    Part Time RN Night Weekend (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY) - RN’s, join an awesome team in a fast paced office environment. Supervise & schedule care delivered in the homes of Oxford HealthCare clients after regular business hours and on weekends and holidays. Must be able to work independently with large volumes of calls, able to prioritize, organize and problem solve effectively. Supervisory and computer experience preferred. Evening, weekend & holiday availability needed. Competitive pay. (Sunday 8a-4 or 5p, Mondays 4:45-5p, Some Saturdays 8a-5p, other evenings 5p-8p PRN)

    Weekend Option RN – Multiple counties (Sat. & Sun. 8a.m.-6p.m.) Hourly pay, part time benefits available. Position is available in our Home Health Department.     Part Time Registered Nurse (Multiple Counties) (Per visit during the day and PRN evenings and weekends) Position is available in our Home Health Department. Provide in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled Nursing Services to complement the patient’s overall Plan of Care. Requirements: Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse license required. Prefer minimum one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years. Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by the nature of the position. Hours, per visit, during the day and PRN evenings/weekends.

    Full Time RN Case Managers – Springfield and surrounding area (Day hours, M-F, one weekend every other month): In our Home Health department. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills in accordance with physician’s plan of care. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse License required, with one year experience as an RN within the last three years. Computerized documentation and mileage reimbursement

    Full Time RN Case Managers – Barry County (Day hours, M-F): In our Home Health department. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills in accordance with physician’s plan of care. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse License required, with one year experience as an RN within the last three years. Computerized documentation and mileage reimbursement.

    Registered Nurse: Part Time in our In-Home Services department. (Greene and Webster Counties) Provide nursing in accordance with physician’s plan of treatment and individual plan of care. Observe, evaluate and teach LPN’s, IHS Aides for APC (Advanced Personal Care) tasks. Graduate of NLN accredited School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse license. Minimum of three months experience as registered professional nurse within the last three years. Ability to demonstrate good nursing judgment with minimum supervision. Access to reliable transportation required. Cell phone and mileage reimbursement.

    Weekend RN - Columbia and surrounding area Hourly pay, part time benefits available. Position is available in our Home Health Department.     Responsibilities:
