Registered Nurse
RN Care Manager in our Joplin office - Full time Monday-Friday, on call required, one week a month, in our HCS department. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills in accordance with physician’s plan of care. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse License required.
Performance Improvement Nurse - Part time position with our HCS department. Performs ongoing clinical record review of admissions, recertification’s, and discharge records to determine appropriate documentation and compliance and feedback to personnel. Assists in maintenance of current medical records to meet reimbursement and quality management requirements. Acts as resource person to other team members relative to documentation and delivery of services. Assists in coordinating resources for the Plan of Treatment/Plan of Care. Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License. Minimum two years experience as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, or six months of experience in areas of quality assurance, infection control, utilization review and/or JCAHO accreditation.
Hospice Team Leader - Maintains responsibility for the supervision, instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of all employees in the team unit. Assigns patient visits. Assists in periodic audits and utilization review. Current state Registered Nurse required. Minimum of one year experience in professional nursing within the last three years; Supervisory experience preferred; Prefer minimum of six months experience in Hospice.
RN Case Manager - Springfield, Greene County area- In our HHA department. Full time Monday-Friday, with one weekend every two months. Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills in accordance with physician’s plan of care. Observe, record and report reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition to the appropriate personnel or physician. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse License required.
RN Night Weekend Coordinator - Part Time position in our night weekend department. Work in the Oxford office supervising field staff and scheduling care delivered in the home of Oxford HealthCare clients every other weekend and holidays, & possibly some evenings. Work schedule made one month in advance. Current RN license required, with a minimum of one year experience in professional nursing within the last 3 years. Supervisory experience in professional nursing preferred. Minimum 6 months experience in homecare nursing preferred. Must be able to work independently with large volume of calls. Able to work under stress, solve problems and prioritize responsibilities efficiently. Computer and supervisory experience helpful.
Registered Nurse: Weekend Option - Part Time for Hospice. Day hours, off most holidays with 30% more pay. Provide skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures. Performs initial evaluation visit, initiates the Plan of Care and regularly re-evaluates the patient's nursing needs. Current state Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 1 year experience as a professional nurse within the last 3 years. Reliable transportation required by nature of position.
Registered Nurse - Hospice - Full time/part time position in our Branson office - Responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures. Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing. Current state Registered Nurse license. Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse within the last three (3) years.
Weekend Pediatric RN - Day Hours. PRN or PT - Excellent pay. Benefits available for part time position.
Registered Nurse - FT/PT Hospice nurse. Provides skilled nursing assessment, planning, and care, in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with hospice policies and procedures. A current State Registered Nurse License is required with a minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years.

Responsibilities:

Experience:
