    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS LIAISON - Provides support to clinical and support departments for all areas of information technology.  Acts as a liaison between the information technology department and all other departments.  Troubleshoots computer generated information issues with the clinical and support departments and works with McKesson and Choice Solutions vendor support when necessary.  Trains users in best practices and understanding the data they are receiving.  Provides support for all computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Horizon Clinical, Telephony, and Financial Programs, plus Navision HR and Payroll applications.  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related experience and four year business degree.  Eight years experience in analyzing, training, and streamlining system information to best meet the needs of computer users.  Experience in project management background a must.  Previous Microsoft Office Access, SQL, and Windows XP experience highly desirable.  Supervisory experience a plus.  Requires good communication/customer service skills with all levels of people, including technical staff, clinical and support department employees, management personnel, etc.  Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively coordinate work.  Good problem solving, decision making and planning skills.  Must work independently, use initiative, and demonstrate good technical writing and public speaking skills.

    ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR: Position available in our IHS department. Responsibilities include, assisting Office Supervisor in the day-to-day coordination of care delivered by aide staff, in the homes of Oxford clients, within the region. Coordinates aides’ schedules. Maintains division records to include, but not limited to, Aide monthly schedules, phone logs, incident reports, client complaint forms, DA-5’s and progress notes. High school diploma or equivalent required, with one year experience working with the elderly, disabled or infirmed. Skill requirements include, effective written and oral communication, effective organizational skills, ability to effectively supervise, demonstrate good judgment and communicate well both verbally and in writing.  Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

    FIELD SUPERVISOR: Part time (25 hours) in our In Home Services department. Responsibilities include, evaluating and monitoring services provided by In-Home Aides to monitor compliance with state and company regulations and ensure continued quality care. Act as resource and support person for Field Coordinators and In-Home Aides. Assist with information gathering and problem resolution when client or employee concern/complaint is noted. Participate in in-service education, quality assessment activities, case conference, and other staff meetings as required. Per state guidelines, incumbent must possess 1) current Missouri Registered Nurse license or 2) minimum of a bachelor of Science or Arts degree or 3) current Missouri LPN license with at least one year experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed or 4) minimum three years experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed. Reliable transportation required. Ability to effectively supervise, demonstrate good judgment and communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

    Hospice Team Leader - (Joplin) Maintains responsibility for the supervision, instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of all employees in the team unit. Assigns patient visits. Assists in periodic audits and utilization review. Current state Registered Nurse required. Minimum of one year experience in professional nursing within the last three years; Supervisory experience preferred; Prefer minimum of six months experience in Hospice.

    RN Night Weekend Coordinator - Part Time position in our night weekend department. Work in the Oxford office supervising field staff and scheduling care delivered in the home of Oxford HealthCare clients every other weekend and holidays, & possibly some evenings. Work schedule made one month in advance. Current RN license required, with a minimum of one year experience in professional nursing within the last 3 years. Supervisory experience in professional nursing preferred. Minimum 6 months experience in homecare nursing preferred. Must be able to work independently with large volume of calls. Able to work under stress, solve problems and prioritize responsibilities efficiently. Computer and supervisory experience helpful.

    Performance Improvement Nurse - Part Time Position in our HCS Insurance Department. Performs ongoing clinical record review of admissions, recertification's and discharge records to determine appropriate documentation, compliance and feedback to personnel. Assists in maintenance of current medical records to meet reimbursement and quality management requirements. Coordinates appropriate resources for the Plan of Treatment/Plan of Care. May participate in new employee orientation and other related educational needs of department. Current state Licensed Practical Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed practical nurse or 6 months of experience in areas of quality assurance, infection control, utilization review and/or JCAHO accreditation is required. Must be able to function independently, organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently and demonstrate good judgment. Effective communication skills are required
