    HHA Billing Specialist – (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY) Prepare Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance billing. Update and file billing related records to maintain patient accounts. Maintain financial charts and type reports. Audit re-certification and Start of Care dates. Maintain phone contact with Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance representatives as well as patient and caregivers. Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Continued education or certificate in general accounting preferred. One year general accounting office experience. Computer and ten-key literate. Knowledge of medical terminology and confidentiality entries. Ability to use general office machines. Good organizational and communication skills.

    ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR – (In our Springfield office)
    Supervise accounting functions, including billing, accounts receivable and collections for Medicaid and Medicare divisions. Ensure accuracy of operational revenue and expense accounts represented on financial statements. Prepare month-end journal entries and financial statements. Education/Licensure: BS in Accounting. Supervisory experience a plus.

    CLINICAL MANAGER/TEAM LEADER – In our Columbia office
    This position oversees the daily operation of the Columbia office. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a multidisciplinary approach to providing quality patient care. Assigns patient visits and ensures delivery of skilled and personal care services in compliance with agency policies. Maintains responsibility to implement and evaluate operational goals. Provides instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of all office and patient care employees. Experience: RN Home Health Care and previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current RN licensure and at least one year experience. GREAT, WEEKLY PAY AND BENEFITS!

    (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY) Field Coordinator (Shannon, Howell, Oregon, Carter, Butler & Ripley counties) – Responsibilities include, making initial client visit, completing client assessment. Provide new hire on-the-job training and ongoing training. Act as team leader by answering team questions and participating in staff meetings. Act as liaison between office staff and squad members. Responsible for working as fill-in when necessary. Assist squad in finding fill-ins. Assist with client issues. Act as resource to field aides. Maintain positive relationship with clients and aides. Provide personal care services and assist in activities of daily living, household duties, errands, APC, etc. Education: Advanced Personal Care (APC) certification. Six months experience as an In-Home Aide. Requires outgoing, detail oriented person with positive attitude; ability to read, write, follow directions and perform duties with minimum supervision. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families and coworkers and exhibit empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly. Reliable transportation and telephone required. Requires two weekend shifts to be scheduled for every four week period.

    Assistant Team Leader – Full Time in our Columbia office (Internal applicants only) – This position is responsible for assisting the team leader in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a multidisciplinary approach to providing quality patient care. Will assist the team leader in providing instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of all employees in the team unit. The team assistant will also do nursing visits as needed. Experience: RN Home Health Care experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Medical Social Worker: PRN, Columbia and surrounding counties. Will evaluate patients, provide on going instruction, counseling and support of patient and family members. Introduce applicable referral service options to patients. Requires a Masters degree from school of Social Work accredited by the Counsel on Social Work Education. One year experience in home care setting is preferred.
