HOME CARE SUPERVISOR: (In our West Plains office) – Full time Supervisor needed to coordinate and supervise the day-to-day care delivered by aide and professional nursing staff in the homes of Oxford patients. Must possess: 1) current RN license for MO; or 2) minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree; or 3) current LPN license for MO with at least one year experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled, or infirmed; or 4) minimum of three years experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE: Stone County (Blue eye) 7 nights/week 9pm – 9 am, 9am -5pm 2 days/week flex schedule In our HCS department. Provides evaluation, direction, and application of licensed nursing services to carry out the plan of care and treatment primarily in the homes of clients under the direction/supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, and with the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE: Springfield & Christian County In our HCS department. Provides evaluation, direction, and application of licensed nursing services to carry out the plan of care and treatment primarily in the homes of clients under the direction/supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, and with the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
LPN – Part Time in our In Home Services department – Greene County - Provides in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled Nursing Services to complement the patient’s overall Plan of Care . No weekends. No Nights. No on-call.
Community Liaison: (Columbia, Jefferson City and surrounding counties) Rewarding, challenging and fast paced position. Job duties include providing support and training for employees assisting individuals in their own homes, community education including initiating contact and relationship development, problem resolution and assistance with clients in need of personal care, homemaker activities and companionship.
Flexibility in day to day obligations required. Experience: Applicant must 1) have a minimum of three years experience in direct care of elderly, disabled or infirmed, 2) must possess current RN License for MO, 3) current LPN license for MO.4) or a minimum of a bachelor of Science or Arts degree Previous in-home service experience preferred. Must be willing to travel throughout Columbia and ten county service areas.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out Physician Orders
- Report changes in client's condition to Doctor/Nursing Supervisor
- Administer and monitor medications, except intravenous push medications
- Monitor/Maintain all indwelling lines and life support devices
- Must be IV Certified to start IV fluids
- Provide health teaching and support
- Monitor patient's vital signs
- Help with bathing, feeding and dressing the client
- Assist with exercise and maintains the client's room and care equipment
Experience:
Minimum of six (6) months work as a practical/vocational nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting.
